Warranty Claims Procedure

Legal Warranty Coverage

All products sold by P.E.I.M. SRL are covered by a legal warranty of 24 months from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-conformities.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Send an email to supporto@smartdom.space with:
    • Order number and purchase date
    • Product name and description of the issue
    • Photos or videos showing the defect (if possible)
  2. Wait for confirmation and instructions from our support team
  3. Send the product (if requested) to:
    P.E.I.M. SRL
    Via Anconetana 27/A, 52037 Sansepolcro (AR), Italy

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs for returning the product are covered by the customer
  • If the claim is accepted, repair or replacement is free of charge
  • In case of replacement, a new warranty period begins with the delivery of the new product

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by improper installation or use
  • Wear-and-tear parts (batteries, filters, etc.)
  • Products with tampered serial numbers or without proof of purchase
