Warranty Claims Procedure
Legal Warranty Coverage
All products sold by P.E.I.M. SRL are covered by a legal warranty of 24 months from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-conformities.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Send an email to supporto@smartdom.space with:
- Order number and purchase date
- Product name and description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect (if possible)
- Wait for confirmation and instructions from our support team
- Send the product (if requested) to:

Important Notes
- Shipping costs for returning the product are covered by the customer
- If the claim is accepted, repair or replacement is free of charge
- In case of replacement, a new warranty period begins with the delivery of the new product
Exclusions
- Damage caused by improper installation or use
- Wear-and-tear parts (batteries, filters, etc.)
- Products with tampered serial numbers or without proof of purchase
